Business Analyst (Hybrid)

A recognized services organization in Colorado is looking to add a new Business Analyst to join their growing team. In this role, the Business Analyst will be responsible for playing a pivotal role in assessing operational problems, and proposing solutions.

***This is a Hybrid opportunity requiring the qualified professional to work onsite a few days a week.***

Responsibilities:

The Business Analyst will:
Gather and analyze data from various sources to identify trends and potential business expansion opportunities
Translate data into actionable insights that drive informed decision-making
Create reports, visualizations, and dashboards to communicate findings to stakeholders
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement data-driven solutions
Assist with project management for selected initiatives
Identify specific business opportunities and strategize ways to capitalize on them
Analyze process issues and bottlenecks, recommending improvements
Work closely with stakeholders to gather and validate business requirements
Write clear and well-structured business requirements and documentation
Convert roadmap features into smaller user stories
Communicate technical information and strategic recommendations to company executives and other stakeholders
Collaborate with product managers on roadmap planning and workforce optimization
Perform data discovery, analysis, and modeling
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree
Proficiency in Data Analysis tools & software
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Ability to influence stakeholders and support business projects
Desired Skills:
Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field (e.g., Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science)
