Job Description
Lithia Motors is seeking a motivated Web Chat Associate to join our team in Charlotte, North Carolina. As a part-time Associate Level position, the Web Chat Associate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through online chat interactions on our website.
Responsibilities:- Engage with customers through web chat to provide information about products and services- Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide assistance as needed- Utilize analytical skills to understand customer needs and provide personalized recommendations- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to effectively assist customers- Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience across all channels- Collaborate with other departments to address customer concerns and provide feedback for improvements- Innovate new ways to enhance the online chat experience and drive customer engagement- Meet performance goals related to response time, customer satisfaction, and conversion rates
Requirements:- 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field- Energetic and independent personality traits- Strong analytical skills with the ability to think critically and problem-solve- Innovative mindset with a focus on continuous improvement- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and web chat software- High school diploma or equivalent required
