Job summary
Global IT Services partner supporting medium to large-scale enterprises.Handling computer OS/peripherals troubleshooting and software installation.Experience in a similar role with 1-3 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities
• Handling computer OS/peripherals troubleshooting.• Performing hardware and software installation.• Good knowledge of MS Office tools installation & troubleshooting.• Providing excellent customer service and people skills.• Supporting a variety of technologies and services.• Managing time and resources to meet or exceed expectations.• Driving to client locations.• Working overtime as required.• Having in-depth knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft Office applications, PC/laptop hardware, and peripherals.• Possessing IT qualifications and certifications.
Requirements
• At least two of the following qualifications: Bachelor of Engineering - Computer Science, Bachelor of Technology - Computer Science, Master of Computer Applications, ITIL qualification, MCP certification.• 1-3 years of relevant experience in a similar role.• Experience in the medical field preferred but not compulsory.• Having a car to travel to spoke sites.• Willingness to work in shift roster (morning, afternoon, and night shift).
