Responsibilities
• Checking orders, preparing documents, and scheduling appointments• Monthly reports and reconciliations of inventory• Answering phone calls and providing direction• Assisting Warehouse Manager• Processing UPS shipments and receipts• Enforcing GMPs and safety rules• Other duties as assigned
Requirements
• Good attention to detail, accuracy, and organization• Ability to multi-task and work in a team environment• Willingness to work overtime hours• Effective written and verbal communication skills• Experience with SAP preferred
