Department : College of Natural Resources Department Description : The College of Natural Resources is one of the largest comprehensive natural resources undergraduate programs in North America. The strength of our program is its interdisciplinary approach and emphasis on hands-on experiences. JOB DETAILS: Position Summary : The Student Success Center at the College of Natural Resources (CNR) is the place to go for student inquiries. The Center offers confidential advising and related services to help students choose and achieve their academic and career goals. It also promotes exceptional classroom performance and out-of-class preparation. The person in this position will become an expert in academic programs and offerings. They will support all faculty and staff in various capacities, from advising to processing class substitutions and waivers. QUALIFICATIONS: Required Qualifications Bachelor¿s degree in any relevant field in post-secondary education. Professional experience advising students. Demonstrated effective written and verbal communication skills. Experience with student information systems and course management systems. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor¿s degree in natural resources or natural resources career experience. Experience developing programs to help with student retention.
