Tomorrow, we will power checkout-free experiences anywhere you go.The RoleMetropolis is seeking a Vice President, Partner Strategy and Expansion, to play a pivotal role in driving growth and revenue generation through effective account management techniques and spearheading expansion initiatives.Reporting directly to the Senior Vice President of Sales, this role requires a dynamic leader with a strong background in sales, account management, and business development. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional leadership skills, a proven track record of driving revenue growth, and havea wide network within real estate companies, especially at the ownership or executive levels. They will also focus on strategizing and identifying opportunities to significantly expand Metropolis' presence within existing relationships.Responsibilities:Develop and execute a comprehensive strategic plan for partnership expansion that aligns with Metropolis' overall objectives and revenue targets.Identify and pursue opportunities to expand Metropolis' client portfolio through new client acquisition and organic growth strategies.Lead a team of Directors responsible for the management and expansion of Metropolis' partnerships across diverse sectors such as Municipal, Commercial, University, Events, and Healthcare.Ability to identify opportunities with partnerships across multiple verticals.Oversee the management of existing partnerships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, retention, and loyalty.Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders at partnership and expansion level.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions and address customer needs effectively.Drive revenue growth by leveraging market insights, competitive intelligence, and industry trends.Effectively recruit, lead, and inspire a high-performing team to achieve company goals.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.Proven experience interacting with executive leadership to build and execute against aggressive goals.Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic plans that drive business growth, profitability, and market expansion.Strong financial acumen and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret financial data, analyze market trends, and make data-driven decisions.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport, negotiate effectively, and influence key stakeholders.Exceptional leadership skills, witha track recordof building and leading high-performing teams to achieve ambitious goals andobjectives.Strategic thinker with a customer-centric mindset and a passion for delivering value and exceeding client expectations.Ability to travel as needed to meet with clients, attend industry events, and visit regional offices.When you join Metropolis, you'lljoin a team of world-class product leaders and engineers, building an ecosystem of technologies at the intersection of parking, mobility, and real estate. Theanticipatedbase pay for this position is $190,000.00 to 250,000.00 annually. The actual base pay offered isdeterminedbya number ofvariables, including, asappropriate, the applicant's qualifications for the position, years of relevant experience, distinctive skills, level of educationattained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location of residence and/or place of employment. Base payis onecomponentof Metropolis's total compensation package, which may also include access to or eligibility for healthcare benefits, a 401(k) plan, short-term and long-term disability coverage, basic life insurance, bonus plans and more.
