A day in the life:
Overseeing the preventative maintenance program
Within that program they disperse workload to all the mechanics
They are supporting equipment that is down Manager will oversee and figure out to fix the issue and direct mechanics how to fix
They approve weekly payroll (timecards)
Create weekly schedules for employees
Attend Manager meetings on a weekly basis.
Amazon mechanics would be a good fit
Bilingual is not a must, everyone who speaks Spanish also speaks English
