Be a part of our journey at Nutanix, where you can be an integral player in driving the next wave of advancements in data analytics.Your RoleBuild and maintain a user-friendly Self Service Data Analytics platform to provide quick access to trusted data and insights.Demonstrate strong leadership by driving innovation, building high performance teams, and leading by example in all aspects of data analytics.Set clear direction for programs and projects during your first year, focusing on operationalizing OKRs and building process-based analytics to drive success.Take charge of driving raw data to insights by effectively analyzing and translating data into actionable information for decision-making.Ensure the success of the team by fostering a culture of collaboration, transparency, and continuous improvement in all data analytics efforts.What You Will BringBachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Economics, Business, or related field; A Ph.D. is advantageous.Over 10 years of experience in Self service data analytics, with at least 5 years in a leadership role, specifically with a focus on data insights and vision to build scale solutions.Demonstrated experience in developing data products and strategic initiatives within a framework of Self Service and Single Source of Truth principles.Expertise in analytical reasoning, problem-solving, and the translation of complex data into actionable business strategies.Excellent communication skills, with a proven ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.In-depth knowledge of data analytics tools, technologies, and methodologies, with a strong background in data modeling, advanced AnalyticsProven leadership in building and nurturing high-performing teams in a dynamic environment.About the TeamThe mission of the Enterprise Data Platform and Analytics team is to oversee and enhance the entire journey from raw to data insights at Nutanix. Our team, composed of highly motivated and skilled engineers, is dedicated to transforming the data landscape, driving innovation, and delivering scalable solutions across the organization. We are committed to unlocking the full potential of data and turning it into actionable insights that fuel growth, efficiency, and informed strategic decisions.The pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between USD $ 177,600 and USD $ 355,200 per year.However, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a sign-on bonus, restricted stock units, and discretionary awards in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as vacation, sick time, and parental leave), dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.If hired, employee will be in an "at-will position" and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
