A Bachelors degree in computer science or a related field with over 7 years of experience in software development and/or automated testing utilizing emerging tools and technologies or A Masters degree in computer science with over 5 years of experience in software development and/or automated testing using new tools/technologies. Essential Skills:
Leadership Abilities:
Proficient in leading teams comprising 48 SDETs. Ability to construct teams and recruit additional SDETs as required for assigned work streams. Collaboration with other teams for integration and endtoend testing. Mentorship and collaboration with junior team members as necessary. Assuming responsibility for releases from a quality perspective assessing risks to ensure timely delivery of quality products. Complete regression automation with reduced turnaround time for releases. Technical Proficiencies:
Strong grasp of computer science fundamentals including algorithm design problemsolving complexity analysis and data structures. Understanding of testing processes test types test design and testing methodologies. Proficiency in Java and TypeScript programming languages. Competence in UI automation using Playwright and Selenium. Experience in crafting and developing automation frameworks and test suites. Familiarity with SQL and API testing. Certified AWS developer or a demonstrated commitment to obtaining certification. Proficiency in performance testing with Gatling. Musts:
