Job Title : Senior Financial Planner

We are in search of a dynamic and results-oriented Senior Financial Planner who excels in relationship management and financial planning. In this role, you will lead our financial planning associates, enhance our planning deliverables, and spearhead planning initiatives for our most significant clients.
This position demands a blend of robust financial expertise, outstanding communication skills, and a proactive mindset towards advancing our financial planning capabilities. Duties and Responsibilities:
Provide exemplary client service and communication to high-net-worth individuals.
Embody the way of caring for clients and connections, delivering and continuously improving the firm's planning standard.
Conduct preeminent financial assessments for clients, analyzing their financial situations and goals.
Collaborate with clients to develop personalized financial plans encompassing investment strategies, retirement planning, estate planning, tax planning, and more.
Serve as a mentor, providing ongoing training and support to financial planning associates.
Stay up to date on industry trends and regulatory changes.
Serve as the in-house expert on financial planning issues, offering insights and expertise to both clients and colleagues.
Offer technical support to relationship advisors, financial planning associates, and other team members in the delivery of advice to clients.
Act as a relationship manager on a small book of business focused on financial planning.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree required, with CFP certification.
Demonstrated proficiency as a Financial Planner.
Ability to serve as SME (subject matter expert) in one or more areas of financial planning.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (e.g. Salesforce).
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a keen attention to detail.
Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and professionalism in all client interactions.
Drive and desire to help and serve others with client-first mindset.
High emotional and social intelligence.
Securities licenses a plus (e.g. Series 65).
