The Financial Management Systems Analyst IV supports Fred Hutch's Oracle PeopleSoft Financial (FMS) and Supply Chain Management (SCM) application. The scope of the role includes a broad range of activities including production/customer support, developing functional specifications, functional systems design and development, prototyping, testing, documentation, participation in PeopleTools and PeopleSoft PUM updates, all while delivering solutions and best practice business process improvements. The Analyst will support the needs of the Finance, Accounting and AR/Billing groups, Procurement and Accounts Payable utilizing PeopleSoft Financials and Supply Chain expertise to collaboratively solve problems and design solutions across applicable module(s) and across other Finance applications, as needed. Other applications supported by FMIS include PBCS, Onbase, AnyDoc, Jaggaer, Huron Grants, and WebFocus.

Provide leadership in the evaluation, conceptualization, design, and development of new capabilities across FSCM modules. Own the "life cycle" of the FSCM modules and related production issues from identification, research, workaround/root cause resolution to communication with end user. Align with Customer groups to interpret internal business challenges and pain points and recommend best practices and technology solutions to improve applications, processes, or services. Work with business analysts, business users and subject matter experts to analyze, define, and document functional specifications to support operational activities across the Finance division. Design and document test strategies, plans and scripting; execute testing and guide business partners in testing execution. Proactively support Finance customers in the use of PeopleSoft Financials across implemented modules, recommending solutions to finance business problems. Mentor other analysts in frameworks and methodologies used by Business Systems Analysts to deliver business value to our customers. Build cross team collaboration to produce high-quality work products. Manage business expectations and deliver customer-focused solutions. Other duties as assigned. Minimum seven years' experience with PeopleSoft FSCM including deep knowledge of delivered features and functionality across all modules. PeopleTools v8.56 or greater and PeopleSoft Financials 9.2 with PUM update experience. Experience developing functional specifications. Experience facilitating meetings to translate abstract concepts into tangible solutions. Proven experience bridging the gap between technical and non-technical stakeholders. The annual base salary range for this position is from $109,637 to $173,264, and pay offered will be based on experience and qualifications.
