Job Description:

Instacart is seeking a part-time Remote Support Manager to join our team in San Jose, California. As a Mid-to-Senior Level professional with at least 6 years of experience in a related field, you will be responsible for managing our remote support team and ensuring the highest level of customer service for our users.

Responsibilities:1. Manage and oversee a team of remote support agents, providing leadership, guidance, and support as needed.2. Develop and implement strategies to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the remote support team.3. Monitor key performance indicators and metrics to ensure that service level agreements are met.4. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback and coaching to team members.5. Work closely with other departments to address customer issues and provide solutions in a timely manner.6. Develop training programs and materials for new and existing team members.7. Utilize data and analytics to identify trends and make recommendations for process improvements.8. Collaborate with the technology team to identify and address technical issues that impact customer support.

Requirements:1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field (preferred).2. 6+ years of experience in customer support or a related field.3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.4. Strong leadership and organizational abilities.5. Independent and driven personality traits.6. Critical thinking and planning skills.7. Proficiency in using data and analytics to inform decisions.8. Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
