Job Description:Lyft is looking for a motivated and driven Remote Live Chat Manager to join our team in Los Angeles, California. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in the customer service or chat management field. This is a part-time role that requires excellent communication skills and the ability to work remotely with a team.

Responsibilities:- Manage and oversee the operations of the live chat function to ensure timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries- Train and supervise a team of chat agents to provide exceptional customer service- Analyze chat data to identify trends and make recommendations for process improvements- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience across all platforms- Monitor chat performance metrics and KPIs to drive continuous improvement- Handle escalated customer issues and provide resolution in a timely manner- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices for live chat support

Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in business, communication, or a related field preferred- 5+ years of experience in customer service, live chat management, or a similar role- Strong project management skills and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment- Excellent written and verbal communication skills- Ability to work independently and remotely with minimal supervision- Proficiency in chat management software and CRM systems- Motivated and driven with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service
