Job Description:

State Street Corp. is seeking a Remote Customer Success Representative to join our team in Indianapolis, Indiana. As an Associate level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field. The successful candidate will be highly motivated, driven, and possess excellent communication and creativity skills.

Responsibilities:1. Proactively engage with customers to ensure their success and satisfaction with our products and services.2. Provide timely and accurate resolution to customer inquiries and issues.3. Develop and maintain relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences.4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer concerns and improve overall customer experience.5. Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products and services to customers.6. Monitor customer accounts to track usage and performance metrics.7. Provide product demonstrations and trainings to customers as needed.8. Collect and analyze customer feedback to drive product improvements.9. Meet or exceed customer satisfaction targets and key performance indicators.10. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer success.

Requirements:1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.2. 3+ years of experience in customer service or a related role.3. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.4. Ability to think creatively and problem-solve independently.5. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.7. Ability to work effectively in a remote environment.8. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding customer service goals.
