Job Description:

We are seeking a resourceful and dedicated Call Center Representative to join our team at T-Mobile in Indianapolis, Indiana. As an entry-level position, this role is perfect for individuals with 1 year of experience looking to start a career in customer service. The ideal candidate will possess strong soft skills in strategic planning and problem-solving to successfully handle incoming calls from customers.

Responsibilities:- Answer incoming calls from customers in a professional and courteous manner- Resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely and efficient manner- Provide information about T-Mobile products and services to customers- Utilize various software programs to log and track customer interactions- Handle escalated calls from unhappy or dissatisfied customers with patience and empathy- Meet and exceed performance metrics for call quality, customer satisfaction, and resolution times- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to continually improve processes and customer experience

Requirements:- 1 year of experience in a customer service or call center role- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Strong problem-solving abilities and strategic planning skills- High school diploma or equivalent- Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment- Proficient in using computer software and CRM systems- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
