Remote Contact Center Representative

SanDisk is seeking a Remote Contact Center Representative to join our team in Indianapolis, Indiana. This part-time position is ideal for individuals at the Associate Level with at least 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field.

As a Remote Contact Center Representative at SanDisk, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries and providing exceptional service via phone, email, and chat. You will address customer concerns, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction. Additionally, you will accurately document all interactions and follow up on any outstanding matters to ensure a high level of service.

To succeed in this role, candidates must be energetic and confident communicators who possess great attention to detail and are able to work well in a team environment. The ability to adapt to change and respond resiliently in a fast-paced environment is also crucial.
