We are currently seeking a dedicated and energetic Remote Call Center Manager to join our team at Honeywell International in Los Angeles, California. As a part-time Associate Level position with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a call center environment, the ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing a team of remote call center agents, ensuring exceptional customer service and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities:1. Manage and supervise a team of remote call center agents, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.2. Monitor and analyze call center performance metrics, providing feedback and coaching to improve customer service and productivity.3. Develop and implement strategies to enhance call center operations and meet KPIs.4. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide ongoing training and development opportunities for team members.5. Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and resolution.6. Collaborate with other department heads to ensure alignment and efficiency across the organization.7. Implement quality assurance processes to maintain high standards of customer service.

Requirements:1. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a call center management role.2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.3. Strong leadership and decision-making abilities.4. Ability to work independently and remotely.5. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and call center software.6. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
