Quality Assurance Lead (Food), 2nd Shift 2nd Shift (4:00pm-2:00am)  (50,000-80,000)
The Quality Assurance Lead position at EW Grobbel requires an individual capable of maintaining rigorous quality standards through meticulous quality control inspections and process verifications, while also collaborating closely with production and development teams to develop and uphold comprehensive technical test plans. The ideal candidate would demonstrate exceptional attention to detail and adeptness in multitasking. Objectives of this Role: Conduct pre-op inspections Conduct highly sensitive CCP monitoring Conduct sanitation standards verification  Conduct procedure adherence verification Maintain a positive attitude while upholding mutual respect for all Additional essential functions may be applicable to specific jobs  Assist in forming and improving QA systems and procedures Skills and Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in quality assurance The ability to work with and handle raw meat The ability to work in a cold environment (35-45 degrees) The ability to uphold safe food processing standards  The ability to routinely lift 20 pounds The ability to occasionally lift 50 pounds The ability to work 100% on plant floor while standing Quality focused with strong analytical, problem-solving, and conceptual skills Strong verbal and written communication skills Food experience preferred but not required At EW Grobbel, here are just some of the benefits you'll enjoy: Normal work week is Monday – Friday Salary based on experience Medical, dental, vision and life insurance benefits Paid holidays & vacation time Quarterly bonuses Matching contribution to 401 (k) plan About EW Grobbel
