Responsibilities
• Track apartment availability and leasing activities• Promote tenant satisfaction and retention• Conduct regular property inspections• Collect rent and document transactions• Supervise staff and conduct employee reviews• Curate unique resident events• Approve invoices and work orders• Represent the company professionally• Assist in team efforts and other duties as directed• Ensure completion of projects according to budget
Requirements
• 3-5 years of property management experience• Mandatory Yardi experience• Strong attention to detail• Good interpersonal skills• Ability to work with others and pass a background check• Valid driver's license, insurance, and vehicle• Ability to work weekends and on-call for emergencies
