Responsibilities:
- Financial Guidance: Provide personalized financial advice and payment solutions to borrowers.
- Customer Support: Assist customers throughout the loan application process, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free experience.
- Documentation: Manage loan applications and associated documents efficiently and accurately.
- Networking: Build and maintain referral networks to connect with potential loan prospects.
- Issue Resolution: Address customer concerns and complaints promptly and effectively to ensure satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- State Licensing: Must hold an active state license to work as a Loan Officer, preferably in CA, ID, or WA.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Loan Officer, demonstrating integrity and a solid financial record.
- Autonomous Work: Ability to work independently and proactively.
- Financial Acumen: Familiarity with financial and lending practices, with strong analytical and mathematical skills.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients effectively.

Compensation and Benefits:
- Competitive Pay: Earn between $77,870.82 and $400,292.25 per year, with bonus opportunities and a compensation plan designed to reward your performance.
- Bonus Potential: Starting bonus potential includes an additional 30 basis points per deal for the first 6 months, totaling 150 basis points per deal.
