• Assist with records requests for the agency• Research and confirm record request requirements• Retrieve records from multiple databases• Prepare records for release with supervisor approval• Invoice record copies to be billed to requestor• Provide information if records cannot be released• Prepare paperwork for new hires and update databases• Send reminders and collect proof of civil rights training• Prepare paperwork for supervisors overseeing interns• Update records
Requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent required• Two years prior office experience highly desirable• Two years' experience using Windows 95 required• Ability to use Excel, OrgPlus for Windows, and Adobe Acrobat preferred• Accurate and efficient typing skills• Combination of education and experience
