Job Description SummaryThis role will partner with the organization leadership team at all levels to drive product flow and process improvements that deliver lead time reductions and maximize cash flow. They will lead the development and deployment of a plant-wide lean culture, including Hoshin Kanri (strategy deployment), problem-solving, visual management, Lean process development, and Lean training.
