Your Key Responsibilities Include:   Scheduling: Learn and develop a comprehensive understanding of all features of BuildPro and/or Project Manager scheduling software. Assist in daily/weekly verification and updates of land schedules utilizing BuildPro and/or Project Manager and ensure all construction activity follows the established critical path and cycle time requirements.  Consistently review schedule template durations/logic and suggest improvements to facilitate even-flow production.Understand and maintain the current lead times for trade contractors and suppliers and communicate the schedule on a timely basis through the BuildPro and/or Project Manager software.Properly schedule and oversee the completion of all designated municipal inspections.Properly schedule and verify the completion of all designated internal Quality Assurance Inspections and Orientations and learn to input all Punchlist items & notes into BuildPro and/or Project Manager for distribution, tracking, and completion with trades.Assist in updating division construction status reporting information according to established timeframes.  Trade Partner/Contractor Management: Assist in the review of all applicable job-specific information with trade partners/contractors prior to the commencement of work, including Scope of Work, Safety, and Jobsite Cleanliness. Provide regular written feedback to estimating and purchasing on trade contractor performance.Solicit feedback on Century Communities' (and your) performance and identify areas for  enhancing trade partner relationships.Participate in surveys and review Warranty and Punchlist items to identify trends and opportunities for internal and trade partner improvement.  Community and Project Management: Maintain a clean, organized and accessible field office and construction storage area.Know and enforce all job site rules, regulations, and safety.Participate in daily communication, weekly customer updates and problem resolution with Community Team members.Review and learn the Scopes of Work for all trades. Verify accuracy and properly communicate any problems and/or issues to the Director of Land Development. Construction Knowledge and Skills: Knows basic knowledge of all national and local codes.Knows basic technical and application knowledge.Develop a comprehensive knowledge of all project rules, scopes of work, contracts, blueprints and insurance requirements.Develop pattern(s) of consistent growth and efficiency.                General Duties and Responsibilities: Assist and comply with all established forms, paperwork, processes, procedures reporting and files in accordance with the company format and timeframes. Present a professional image and demeanor in accordance with Century Communities' standards.Maintain a high level of ethics and integrity in all internal/external interactions.Maintain a personal time management system to facilitate organization and efficiency.Assist with all other projects and special tasks as directed by management.Other duties as assigned by the Construction Manager, ACM, VP of Construction and/or Division President. Your Education and Experience: High School Diploma or GEDBachelor's degree with an emphasis in Construction Management is preferred but not required.2+ years of experience in the Construction/Homebuilding industry.OSHA 10/30 Construction qualification preferred.
