Responsibilities
• Overseeing human resource and training functions• Collaborating with agency leaders on employee feedback and development• Analyzing HR data and creating plans for improvement• Maintaining knowledge of employment law practices• Resolving employee relations issues• Ensuring equitable compensation and administration of employee benefits• Coordinating new employee orientation and ongoing training• Maintaining compliance with licensing and accreditation standards• Supporting agency recruiting and staffing processes
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field• 5+ years of HR experience• Working expertise of state-specific employment laws• Valid Driver's license• Nice to have: experience in training, leading, and developing employees• Nice to have: experience with labor relations• Nice to have: experience in a non-profit environment
