Join us as a Human Resources Business Partner in our People Strategy division, where you play a key role in nurturing and advancing our organizational culture. This position offers a hybrid work arrangement, requiring regular on-site meetings in Portland, OR and occasionally in surrounding areas. When not required on-site, you have the flexibility to work remotely.
From your first day, you'll be welcomed at our Portland office for an orientation and health assessment as part of our onboarding process.

Your Role
As a trusted advisor to senior leaders, you will:
Develop and refine our People & Culture strategies to meet the unique needs of different divisions.
Provide strategic insights to enhance our competitive and inclusive workplace policies, processes, and practices.
Engage with a variety of teams within People & Culture to advance organizational priorities.
Support and implement diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives, ensuring they align with our strategic goals.

Qualifications
At least seven years of diverse experience in HR or operational leadership roles.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
Professional certifications such as SPHR or SHRM-SCP are advantageous.
Demonstrated experience in DEI strategy implementation.
