We have the best pay and benefits in the restaurant business:
General Managers earn a base salary of $85,000-$95,000.
General Managers earn a quarterly bonus as well as an annual long-term bonus. This bonus is based on store sales and profits that allow earning another $10,000-$25,000 per year.
Medical/ Dental/ and Vision
Effective the first of the month after 30-days of employment. Little Star/ The Star covers 100% of the cost of your Silver Tier medical Plan; optional dependent coverage and vision or dental coverage premiums will be deducted from your paychecks on a pre-tax basis.
Sick Leave
Sick leave begins at the time of hire and can be used once accrued and employed for ninety (90) days.
Vacation
1 week (40) hours paid vacation accrued ratably throughout the year

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Oversee the execution of Little Star/The Star brand daily
Serve as the point of contact for all customer service matters.
Oversee the execution of quality food following proper procedures and Little Star/ The Star standards
Assess and communicate the hiring needs of the store. Follow hiring processes for all employees according to mandatory guidelines.
Complete all new hire

paperwork/onboarding

according to necessary deadlines
Train employees professionally and profitably by applying Little Star/The Star and procedures
Identify areas of improvement and provide one-on-one mentoring. Administer and document verbal warnings, write-ups, and performance improvement action plans.
Demonstrate experienced knowledge of all menu items
Troubleshoot store profitability by monitoring daily and weekly sales and cost control figures.
Organize the restaurant following proper food rotation and cleanliness procedures
Order all food, paper, chemical, and other supplies as needed to run the store
Record and organize store invoices
Create weekly staff schedules to fit the scheduling forecast and needs of the restaurant
Ensure all employees follow proper policies and procedures
Follow all company standards for health, safety, sanitation, and security.
Adhere to cash handling and reconciliation policies and procedures
Send weekly update reports to the Director of Operations.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:

ServSafe certificate
Food Managers permit
Valid driver's license
Regular and predictable attendance
Minimum 21 years of age to serve alcoholic beverages
Five years' experience as a fine dining server and/or previous manager/supervisor experience
Adheres to core values; passion; partnership, and integrity
Proficient in basic computer usage such as email, ordering and POS systems
Aptitude for organization and administrative tasks
Compensation:
· This is a salary, exempt position
· Pay rage $85,000-$95,000 (DOE)
Physical Demands :
The physical requirements listed are representative of those that must be met to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
· Regular and consistent on-site attendance.
· Ability to stand and work with hands and arms for at least eight (8) hours per day and five (5) days per week.
Stand and move throughout the restaurant.
Interpret and follow a variety of instructions and procedures furnished in English - written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
Work under pressure with changing, ambiguous priorities.
Communicate effectively and promptly to coworkers.
High level of manual dexterity to safely utilize knives and kitchen/restaurant equipment.
Auditory and visual skills – Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
Ability to work overtime occasionally at the last minute.
Continuous physical activity including frequent walking, standing, twisting, sitting, bending, lifting, reaching, kneeling, stooping, crawling, wiping, climbing, and occasionally pushing and pulling items weighing 50 pounds for distances of up to 20 ft.;
Ability to perform moderately strenuous physical work and withstand temperatures of 0 degrees Fahrenheit or less and 100 degrees Fahrenheit or more;
Be able to adeptly use restaurant equipment;
