EDUCATION Education: Bachelor Degree with emphasis in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration required. Experience: Minimum Three (3) years' of experience in financial reporting and/or financial planning required. Healthcare experience preferred. Certification: CPA or MBA is preferred. Other: Bilingual and/or English-Spanish speaking preferred. Ability to work with a culturally diverse population. Ability to work effectively with all levels of management. *This is designated as a safety-sensitive position* ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES/COMPETENCIES @R=at risk for exposure to blood borne pathogens Work closely with all levels of management to provide financial guidance, perspective and training. Assists in the preparation and completion of the monthly financial statements. Act as Hyperion Financial Manager (HFM) Administrator. Completes assigned Ascension Health Hard Close reports. Monitor fixed assets including approval process, spending, availability, monthly recording and reporting. Prepares monthly bank reconciliations including the investigation and resolution of outstanding/reconciling items. Acts as primary point of contact between LHN and banking institutions. Coordinates financial planning and budgeting process. Prepares and distributes key financial information to aid in operational decision making and external reporting. Analyze and investigate actual to budget variances for volumes, revenues and expenses. Work in conjunction with management to create business plans/pro formas for existing, new, and proposed services. Aid in capital project development, capital spending prioritization and capital monitoring. Assist in hospital audit. Prepares IRS Forms 990 and 990T. Prepares and facilitates Lourdes Counseling Center outpatient funding and program reporting. Salary: $27.61 -$38.64
