Executive Administrative Assistant

The Appleton YMCA is hiring an Executive Administrative Assistant. This position creates a direct & positive impact on the mission of the YMCA, assisting in the day-to-day functions of the District Executive Director and the Appleton branch management team. As the executive assistant, you'll also support operational & member needs, facilitate maintenance requests, fundraising acknowledgments, supply & inventory management, special event planning and the tasks related to the Board of Directors and Committee preparations.
