Elastic Stack Developer Hybrid

Position: Elastic Stack Developer Location: Charlotte NC Job Description: We are looking for a Senior Engineer specialized in Platform Support to ensure the smooth operation and optimization of our infrastructure. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in Elastic Stack technologies with a solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines. This role requires the ability to troubleshoot complex issues implement scalable solutions and collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams to deliver highquality services.
Responsibilities: Provide advanced support for the companys platform infrastructure focusing on Elastic Stack components.
Monitor system performance troubleshoot issues and implement solutions to ensure high availability and reliability.
Collaborate with DevOps and Engineering teams to design and optimize CI/CD pipelines for efficient software delivery.
Automate repetitive tasks and processes to streamline operations and enhance productivity.
Conduct regular performance assessments identify areas for improvement and implement optimizations.
Participate in oncall rotation to provide timely resolution of critical incidents.
Document processes configurations and best practices to ensure knowledge sharing and continuity.
Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in platform support technologies.
Exposure to Ansible
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in platform support or related roles.
Proficiency in Elastic Stack technologies (Elasticsearch Logstash Kibana) with handson experience in deployment configuration and optimization.
Strong understanding of CI/CD concepts and experience with popular tools such as Jenkins GitLab CI or CircleCI.
Experience with containerization technologies (Docker Kubernetes) and orchestration tools.
Proficient in scripting languages like Python Bash or PowerShell for automation tasks.
Solid understanding of networking security principles and system monitoring tools.
Excellent problemsolving skills and ability to work under pressure in a fastpaced environment.
Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams.
