The role has moderate autonomy, requiring high levels of operational judgement and personal motivation.Job DescriptionDigital Architect - Full Stack Software EngineerCore Responsibilities:Design and implement digital solutions to improve product assembly and testing processes.Maintain and update an extensive library of legacy software, employing a variety of programming languages.Utilize data-driven approaches to solve complex problems in assembly and testing, integrating both legacy and green field software technologies.Lead projects with a focus on innovation and raising quality benchmarks, managing moderate complexities.Develop and execute technical strategies, integration with external systems, and provide guidance to other team members.Required Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree accredited college or university (or a high school diploma / GED with a minimum of 4 years of experience insoftware engineering in an industrial environment)+ Minimum of 3 yearsexpertise in software engineering in an industrial environment.Desired CharacteristicsPreferred: BS in Computer Science, with strong skills in VB6/.Net, Python, VB Script, JavaScript, and various web technologies, complemented by a solid mathematical background.A drive for self-improvement; this position requires continual learning of new technologies and skills.Experience in Windows server administration.Understanding of network protocols.Knowledge of database systems like Access, MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle etc.Outstanding skills in data analysis, problem-solving, and project management.Humble: respectful, receptive, agile, eager to learn?Transparent: shares critical information, speaks with candor, contributes constructively?Focused: quick learner, strategically prioritizes work, committed ?Leadership ability: strong communicator, decision-maker, collaborative?Problem solver: analytical-minded, challenges existing processes, critical thinkerThis role requires access to U.S. export-controlled information.
