Job Title: Desktop Support Technician I
Location: 401 Sweeten Creak Industrial Park, Ashville, NC 28803
Duration: 3 Months contract to hire
Shift timings:

M-F 9-5. No OT. No afterhours.
Pay rate: $23/hr on w2 without benefits.
Job Description
Gov't contract Drug Screen / Background check required Pay rate should not exceed $22 p/hr upon conversion.
• Is this position remote or in person? These are on-site deskside support roles.
•What will the primary day-to-day responsibilities entail for this person? Deskside support with some smart hands network support
• What are the TOP 2 required skills that candidates must have? Custom service and the ability to not get overwhelmed in a fast-paced IT environment.
• What will the work schedule be for this position? (M-F? 8-5? Overtime? Afterhours?) M-F 9-5. No OT. No afterhours.
• Will there be OC (on call) or differentials? No
• How many overall years of experience should this person have? Experience is not required but may help.
• Do they need any specific certifications or education? None are required
• If contract to hire what is the conversion rate? 22 p/hr
• How many miles per day will the contractor be driving? There is not driving within the role.
