Credit Karma is seeking a dedicated and confident Customer Service Associate to join our team on a part-time basis in Indianapolis, Indiana. This is an entry-level position with no required experience, perfect for individuals looking to gain valuable skills in customer service while working from the comfort of their own home.

Responsibilities:1. Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat to Credit Karma members2. Assist with account inquiries, troubleshooting technical issues, and providing product information3. Utilize persuasion skills to encourage members to try new products and services4. Manage customer relationships and provide effective problem resolution5. Maintain detailed records of interactions in the customer database6. Collaborate with a team of associates to achieve departmental goals and targets7. Continuously strive for personal and professional growth in the role

Requirements:1. A dedicated and confident attitude with a strong willingness to learn and grow2. Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively manage people3. Comfortable working independently in a remote work environment4. Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite5. High school diploma or equivalent required6.
