**JOB OVERVIEW**
The Coordinator, Retail is responsible for performing various administrative duties and working cross-functionally between retail and other departments to support a variety of projects within the Retail Department.
**ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
* Finance / Accounting
+ Review and apply expense allocation and GL postings
+ Manage asset account reviews and payment reallocation
+ Manage tenant allowance package compiling
+ Compile / code monthly travel expenses
* New Store Planning
+ Maintain project trackers and checklists
+ Establish accounts with service vendors
+ Assist with pallet build
+ Facilitate business license set-up and ongoing license maintenance
**TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES (Knowledge, Skills & Abilities)**
* Proficient in Microsoft Applications
* Ability to work effectively and collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
* Ability to make decisions independently, or escalate when applicable
* Ability to work non-traditional hours, weekends, evenings, and holidays
* Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
* Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced work environment
**EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE**
* Bachelors Degree, preferred
* Minimum 3 years experience in multiunit retail support
