Client Support Manager - Work From Home

Job Description:

PayPal Holdings is seeking a Client Support Manager to work from home in Los Angeles, California. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities:- Manage a team of client support agents to ensure high-quality service delivery to customers- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention- Analyze customer feedback and data to identify trends and areas for improvement- Provide training and mentorship to team members to help them reach their full potential- Collaborate with other departments to address customer issues and improve overall customer experience
