The Client Support Manager at NetApp in San Diego, California is responsible for managing client relationships and providing exceptional support to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. This part-time role at the Associate Level requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in a related field.

Responsibilities:1. Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, issues, and escalations.2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide customized solutions.3. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of client issues and ensure high-quality service delivery.4. Analyze client feedback and data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.5. Provide regular progress updates to clients and management on support initiatives.6. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling services.7. Train and mentor junior support staff to ensure consistent service delivery.

Strong leadership abilities to effectively manage client relationships.4. Proven track record of successfully managing client support operations.5.
