Job Description:
Hertz Global Holdings is seeking a Chat Support Assistant to work from home. As an Associate level position, the successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to clients via chat. This part-time role is ideal for individuals with at least 4 years of experience in customer service and who possess a hardworking and dedicated attitude.
Responsibilities:- Responding to customer inquiries and providing support through online chat- Assisting customers with booking reservations, managing accounts, and resolving issues- Researching and troubleshooting customer concerns to provide accurate and timely solutions- Collaborating with team members to ensure seamless communication and superior customer service- Utilizing software systems to track customer interactions and maintain accurate records
Requirements:- Minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment- Excellent research skills to effectively resolve customer inquiries- Proficiency with computer systems and software applications- Must be self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
