We are inviting an experienced Business Operations Manager to join our mental health practice. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring the success of our growing organization. Reporting to the Clinic Director, you will provide executive oversight and leadership to our business operations team. Your responsibilities will include monitoring financial performance, optimizing business processes, marketing and business development, and fostering a positive work culture, among many other duties. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, exceptional attention to detail, and a commitment to continuous improvement.

Main Areas of Responsibility and Duties: Partner with the Clinic Director to identify and oversee key performance indicators (KPIs) Analyze current and incoming team member roles and responsibilities Provide recommendations on organizational structure and future staffing needs Maintain documentation and systems integration to ensure organizational memory Monitor legal and ethical requirements, such as HIPAA and HR/labor regulations Create annual department budget proposals and compensation plans Oversee financial statements and insurance needs Identify and implement process improvements Research and implement new IT and project management software Develop and communicate company-wide policies and procedures Lead and develop the business operations team Schedule Requirements: Full-time, overtime exempt position requiring 40+ hours per week Work Location: This position is office-based in both of our locations, San Jose (80%) and Palo Alto (20%), but some work may be performed remotely (up to 20%).
