We are excited to offer a long-term, remote opportunity for a Business Analyst specializing in healthcare. This role is perfect for someone looking to impact the healthcare industry positively by working as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to drive successful project outcomes.
What You Will Do:
Engage with Key Stakeholders: Regularly participate in discussions with stakeholders and customers to gather insights into their needs and expectations. Document these requirements meticulously and translate them into detailed user stories for our development teams.
Collaborate on Business Initiatives: Work closely with our development teams to define new business initiatives. You will be instrumental in gathering requirements, translating them, and communicating risks and potential solutions effectively.
Support Quality Assurance: Aid in the QA/UAT processes by crafting and reviewing business test cases and guiding users through testing. Ensure that all stakeholders have clear expectations about project deliverables and timelines.
Project Coordination: Assist in managing project updates and maintain regular communication with both local and offshore development teams. Participate actively in daily project coordination meetings.
What We Need From You:
Experience: 4-5 years of full-cycle implementation in BI/Analytics projects within the Biopharma, Life Science, or Healthcare sectors. Familiarity with both traditional Waterfall and Agile/Lean methodologies is essential.
Communication Skills: Exceptional communication abilities with a knack for translating complex requirements to diverse audiences. Experience working with offshore and onsite teams is highly valued.
Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of architecture, data analytics, project management, quality assurance, infrastructure, and maintenance. Experience with SQL, BI tools, and a readiness to learn new proprietary technologies.
Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to manage risk assessments, resolve problems, negotiate effectively, and influence outcomes.
Additional Skills: Background in Finance/Accounting or HRIS within healthcare will be considered an added advantage.
