Responsibilities
• Performs floor maintenance according to industry standards• Cleans and maintains buildings and adjacent ground areas• Cleans and polishes furniture and office equipment• Maintains cleanliness of washrooms and restrooms• Participates in training and follows safety regulations• Reports damages, malfunctions, and needed maintenance• Moves and sets up furniture and equipment• Responds to campus cleaning emergencies and call-in situations• Inputs data into the computerized work order system• Maintains and monitors building exterior
Requirements
• A minimum of 1-3 years experience preferred• Must be physically able to perform essential duties• Must be able to read, write, and interpret documents in English• Must be able to effectively communicate with co-workers and supervisors• Must be available for emergency call-in situations• Use of a motor vehicle required for transportation• Must hold and maintain a valid US driver's license• Properly uses and cares for Bentley tools and equipment
