Responsibilities
• Perform data entry and review invoices, vouchers, and payment requests• Perform basic accounting functions and maintain/reconcile schedules• Scan documents and reconcile monthly statements• Resolve account-related issues and research payables issues with vendors
Requirements
• High School Diploma or Equivalent• CDK DMS and Dealership experience is a plus• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking skills• Fast learner open to change and able to handle demanding environment• Ability to work independently and with a team• Strong communication and people skills - both written and verbal• Must pass pre-employment testing and have a valid driver's license
