Online Accounts Payable

Job Description:

Southern is seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as an Online Accounts Payable Associate in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. As a key member of our finance department, the Online Accounts Payable Associate will be responsible for managing the company's accounts payable processes in an efficient and timely manner.

Responsibilities:- Review and process online payments for vendors and suppliers- Reconcile accounts payable transactions- Prepare and submit expense reports- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures- Communicate with vendors and suppliers to resolve any issues or discrepancies- Assist with financial reporting and analysis as needed- Collaborate with other departments to improve accounts payable processes- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in accounts payable

Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field- 3 years of experience in accounts payable or a similar role- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software- Strong attention to detail and accuracy- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Adaptable and resourceful- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment- Strong presentation and research skills
