Results-focused, highly driven and experienced Administrative AssistantResponsible for executing administrative policies and providing supportOpportunity to work with a family-owned and operated RV dealership

Responsibilities
• Answering telephones and directing callers to appropriate associates• Greeting and directing visitors to the company• Providing callers with company information• Keeping customer lounge and reception areas clean and organized• Coordinating pick-up and delivery of express mail services• Assisting with office supplies management• Updating purchase orders and inventory• Assisting with clerical duties such as photocopying and filing• Maintaining a professional and organized work environment• Performing other duties as assigned
Requirements
• Minimum one-year office administrative support experience preferred• Strong customer service skills• Computer and internet proficiency, including Microsoft Office• Self-motivated and able to multi-task• Respectful and positive attitude• Goal-oriented and well-organized• Association degree or equivalent education and experience• Ability to physically meet the demands of the job
