As a member of our Provider Actuarial services, you'll collaborate with a diverse group of Actuaries, Data/Research Analysts, and Business/Technology Consultants, supporting hospitals nationwide with cutting-edge health care cost analytics.
Your Role:
In this role, you'll have the opportunity to utilize your traditional actuarial skills to navigate the evolving healthcare market. Your primary responsibilities will include:
Assisting in the development of innovative strategies and value-based contracts
Conducting studies on pricing, utilization, and healthcare costs
Analyzing trends and disseminating modeling analyses
Leading meetings to validate and develop modeling assumptions
Mentoring junior analysts and reviewing client deliverables
What You Bring:
We're seeking candidates with:
5+ years of Actuarial experience in the healthcare field
Experience in people and/or project management
Advanced proficiency in MS Excel
Intellectual curiosity and a drive to serve clients
Preferred Qualifications:
Actuarial exam track, preferably with ASA or FSA credential
Experience in regression analyses and predictive modeling
Proficiency in SQL, SAS, or other programming languages
Exposure to health care claims experience
