Responsible for managing exceptions associated with the schedule that Click generates for simple projects, which may include both short- and long-cylce work. Job Duties/Responsibilities Manages the exceptions associated with the schedule that Click generates for simple projects. Works with supervisors to resolve schedule issues and ensure priority work is scheduled. Monitors radio, phone, and system messages to support field personnel with completing work. Dispatches work after the start of the day (after field employees have left the yard in the morning), using Click software, including adjusting crews as necessary after initial dispatching. Contacts customers as needed to resolve access issues. Makes customer contact to resolve customer issues/complaints as needed. Identifies deficiencies, analyzes alternatives and proactively recommends solutions to schedule conflicts. Works with affected parties to ensure that conflicts are resolved and/or mitigated. Assists with coordination and tracking of material and equipment deliveries. Determine if material and equipment deliveries will affect projects and/or maintenance tasks, and ensure adjustments are made as needed. Interfaces with internal groups such as Project Management and Construction, Major Accounts, and Distribution Operations Center for planned outages and resource coordination. Adjusts schedules as necessary based on stakeholder feedback. Serves as a member of the Storm Response Team. Minimum Requirements Minimum education required of the position High school diploma or equivalent. Minimum Experience Required Of The Position 0-4 years Minimum Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities Required Of The Position Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and deliverables in a fast-paced environment. Ability to work with multiple levels of the organizational structure. Strong verbal and written communications skills. Excellent organizational and analytical skills. Experience/training in scheduling resources or maintenance and construction practices.
