Web Chat Manager

Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Web Chat Manager to join our team at Massachusetts Mutual Life Insurance in Phoenix, Arizona. As a Web Chat Manager, you will be responsible for managing our online chat system and ensuring a seamless and positive customer experience. This is a part-time position at the Associate level, requiring a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities:- Manage and oversee the online chat system to provide real-time assistance to customers- Monitor chat conversations to ensure quality and adherence to company policies- Train and mentor chat agents to provide excellent customer service- Analyze chat data and metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement- Collaborate with other departments to optimize chat performance and customer satisfaction- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in online chat management

Requirements:- Energetic and passionate about customer service- Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks- Demonstrated leadership skills in a team environment- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal- Proficiency in chat management software and tools- Proven track record of delivering high-quality customer service- Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred
