Responsibilities:- Engage with website visitors through live chat to provide information, support, and assistance- Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team members- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions- Ensure customer satisfaction by providing timely and accurate responses- Collaborate with other team members to optimize chat processes and procedures
