Senior firm steering, Regulators, Industry forums)Required Skills and Experience·10+ years of experience with at least 5 years' experience working in large-scale, cross-divisional investment banking programs·Excellent leadership, communication (written, verbal and presentation) and interpersonal skills·Proven ability to work proactively, creatively & analytically in a fast-paced, extremely complex environment·Ability to take ownership of tasks and projects, able to work within a global team, and manage time and tasks effectively & independently·Strong data analysis & visualization skills·Hands-on experience working with large, complex data sets via query and reporting tools such as SQL, Alteryx, Python, Tableau or similar.·Experience in all aspects of an agile software development life cycle including production support and QA.·Domain knowledge and/or project experience desirable in one or more of the following: o Front-office trading, product modeling and risk managementFixed Income product analytics, risk & valuationFundamental Review of the Trading Book (FRTB)Market Risk Capital modelling and calculationMorgan Stanley's goal is to build and maintain a workforce that is diverse in experience and background but uniform in reflecting our standards of integrity and excellence.
