Job description:

Celanese, a global technology and specialty materials company, is seeking a passionate and confident Online Client Relations Manager to join our team in New York City, New York. This full-time position is ideal for a candidate with at least 7 years of experience in client relations and a strong background in online communication and customer service.

Responsibilities:1. Develop and maintain relationships with clients through online platforms, including email, social media, and virtual meetings.2. Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.3. Analyze client feedback and data to improve the online customer experience and drive business growth.4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop online marketing strategies and campaigns to attract and retain clients.5. Stay current on industry trends and best practices in online client relations to ensure Celanese remains competitive in the marketplace.

Requirements:1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.2. 7+ years of experience in client relations or a related field.3. Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret and leverage data effectively.4. Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and develop innovative solutions.5.
