Job Description:
We are looking for a passionate and reliable Virtual Assistant to join our team at NetApp. As a Virtual Assistant, you will have the opportunity to work from home and support our team in Los Angeles, California. This is a part-time position at the Associate Level, requiring at least 3 years of experience.
Responsibilities:- Providing administrative support to the team, including managing emails, scheduling appointments, and organizing documents- Conducting research on various topics to assist with projects and presentations- Assisting with virtual meetings by taking notes, preparing agendas, and following up on action items- Managing social media accounts and website content as needed- Handling travel arrangements and expense reports for team members- Other ad hoc tasks as assigned by the team
Requirements:- Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or similar role- Strong communication skills and the ability to adapt to different communication styles- Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other productivity tools- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
