Under the general supervision of the Office Services Supervisor I (Typing), the Office Assistant (General) is responsible for reviewing traffic collision reports with minimal key entry and verifies data into the Statewide Integrated Traffic Records System (SWITRS) and/or into the oracle database for miscellaneous, non SWITRS jobs for the Mail Process File Unit.

The position(s) require(s) a Background Investigation be cleared prior to being hired. The Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) serves as documentation of each applicant's ability to present information clearly and concisely in writing.
